One of the founding goals of the Nightscout Foundation was to provide resources for the next generation of hackers, citizen scientists, engineers, DIYers and do-gooders in the Type 1 community. To that end, we have created the Nightscout Foundation Community Scholarship program. The purpose of the program is to award one-time merit based scholarship monies to T1D students pursuing advanced degrees.
To be eligible, recipients must:
Be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes
Be an admitted student to an accredited College or University (two or four year degree programs are acceptable)
Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
Be officially enrolled
Monies will be paid directly to the educational institution upon award and verification of enrollment.
Applications are accepted until March 31 to be considered for the following academic term. If you do not see the application below, it is after the deadline. Check back after January 1 to apply for the following year.
