One of the founding goals of the Nightscout Foundation was to provide resources for the next generation of hackers, citizen scientists, engineers, DIYers and do-gooders in the Type 1 community. To that end, we have created the Nightscout Foundation Community Scholarship program. The purpose of the program is to award one-time merit based scholarship monies to T1D students pursuing advanced degrees.
To be eligible, recipients must:
- Be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes
- Be an admitted student to an accredited College or University (two or four year degree programs are acceptable)
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Be officially enrolled
Monies will be paid directly to the educational institution upon award and verification of enrollment.
Applications are accepted until June 1 to be considered for the following academic term. If you do not see the application below, it is after the deadline. Check back after January 1 to apply for the following year.
