One of the founding goals of the Nightscout Foundation was to provide resources for the next generation of hackers, citizen scientists, engineers, DIYers and do-gooders in the Type 1 community. To that end, we have created the Nightscout Foundation Community Scholarship program. The purpose of the program is to award one-time merit based scholarship monies to college students with T1D to help pursue higher education.

To be eligible, recipients must:

  • Be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes
  • Be an admitted student to an accredited College or University (two or four year degree programs and post-graduate study are acceptable)
  • Have a GPA of 2.25 or greater
  • Be officially enrolled
  • A preference is given to students with an interest in STEM and related areas of study, but is not the sole determination for awarding

Monies will be paid directly to the educational institution upon award and verification of enrollment. Apply below!
