Join Us for NFHack17-1 in San Diego: June 10, 2017

In conjunction with the San Diego ADA conference, Nightscout Foundation is hosting the open-source T1 community at the Microsoft offices from 10 AM to 6PM. It's an all day brainfest to explore Nightscout variations, uploaders, loops, new watch developments, data mining and more! We'll bring in lunch and there will be a gathering the night before at one of the incredible SD beer houses.

Call it a hackathon, call it a meet-up, call it a conclave, call it whatever you like, but get there! The only competition is diabetes. Microsoft is playing host this time and after a quick hello in the morning, we plan to break in to working groups. You can choose to focus on:

  • Looping with LoopKit or OpenAPS
  • Developing new apps and faces for the latest Pebble Hardware
  • Look for ways to deliver Nightscout db data to researchers
  • Nightscout Updates
  • Explore hosting options to bring the cost of Nightscout down for the entire community
  • Whatever strikes your fancy!

We hope you'll join us to flex your mental muscle and explore new ideas for open source solutions to T1 problems. You can follow along via #NFHack17.

The Nightscout Foundation team will be staying at the Hampton Inn San Diego - Kearny Mesa. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes away. You can book your room in our discounted block by following this link: Hampton Inn

If you cannot join us in June, mark your calendars now, the Fall NFHACK17 will be on November 17th, at the Autodesk Gallery in San Francisco.
